My goal for many years has been to offer my clients an affordable very energy efficient building package
To that end we have developed three distinct classes of buildings.

Back Yard Buildings

These are fully insulated non habitable buildings used for offices, studios, and shops. They range from a 12'x16' 192sf BYB to a 28'x36' 1008sf shop used by craftsmen of all kinds. OK if you want to use it for a "detached bedroom" we won't tell. In many jurisdiction the smaller unit does not need to be permited.

Efficiency Dwelling Units

These are 320 to 800 sf dwelling units with kitchens and bathes. Thet are used as guest houses Cabins Accessory Dwellig Units (ADU) and farm worker housing

Hybrid Frame and Panel

We have taken what we believe to be the best features from post frame and Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) construction to create what we are calling  Hybrid Frame & Panel.

In our system we have defined six building shapes: Gable, Gambrel, and Monitor, along with the Salt box, Clear story and the Shed.  We take these six shapes in three widths 20’, 24’ and 28’ to form the core of our designs. They give you a solid engineered core to builid your dream home from. They can be finished in a number of styles.
